"FORM AND FUNCTION"

I love to take photos and have longed to incorporate select photos into my art work.  I encorporate different papers I have either collected on my travels or papers I have printed or painted.  I arrange these papers on a prepared surface and proceed with mark making and layering with paint.  I transfer my photo image onto a thin transparent paper and add the image to complete the painting.  The many layers create mystery and depth in each piece.
